This website is for anyone who is a bad sleeper, an insomniac or whatever other name you would like to call the condition of getting very little sleep!
I am a terrible sleeper and I have been for a great many years. But it was always manageable. I could always function and be “OK” in my day to day life
But in recent months my poor sleeping has begun to affect my everyday life. I think that I am sleeping less and I think that in recognising that I have a problem with my sleep, it is making me worry about it more!
The reason for this website is to create a resource that contains the best advice about how to get a good night’s rest.
